Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some frequently asked questions to help you find instant answers to your queries

What services do you offer?

Here’s a warm, clear, and professional response you can use for the “What services do you offer?” section on your website:

I offer integrative coaching and therapy for adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, or unresolved past experiences.

My services include:

  • Empowerment Coaching – Focused, forward-looking sessions to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward your goals. Ideal if you’re feeling burnt out, directionless, or ready to make a change but unsure how.
  • Therapeutic Support – A safe, non-judgmental space to explore your inner world, understand unhelpful patterns, and work through emotional pain or trauma at a pace that feels right for you.
  • Integrative Sessions – A blend of both coaching and therapy, tailored to your unique needs. This approach is especially effective if you want to feel emotionally supported while also taking empowered action in your life.

Sessions are available online or in-person in Cambridge or St Ives, and I offer both short-term and ongoing support depending on what feels most helpful to you.

If you’re not sure which service is right for you, feel free to book a free consultation and we can explore that together.

How do I know if I need coaching or therapy?

Coaching is future-focused and goal-oriented, helping you take empowered action, gain clarity, and move forward. Therapy explores deeper emotional patterns, past experiences, and mental health challenges. I offer an integrative approach, so we can tailor our work depending on your needs. If you’re unsure, we can explore this together during a free consultation.

What can I expect from a free consultation?

A consultation will take roughly 30 minutes and it is a chance to get to know each other and explore what you’d like support with. We’ll talk about your current challenges, goals, and how I work. It’s also a space for you to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.

How long will I need to work with you?

That depends on what you’re working through and what you want to achieve. Some clients come for short-term support (6–12 sessions), others benefit from longer-term work. We can review progress regularly and adjust as needed.
